We want you to order with confidence. Because refrigerant is a regulated, pressurized product, the rules for returning it are stricter than for ordinary goods.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Refrigerant cylinders that are unopened, sealed and unused, with the original valve seal and labels intact.
  • Water heaters and boilers that are new, uninstalled and unused, in their original packaging with all parts.

What cannot be returned

  • Any cylinder that has been opened, connected to equipment, partially used or had its seal removed.
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage after delivery.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@mouchllc.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Refrigerant must be shipped back by ground in compliant hazmat packaging, so please wait for our instructions before sending anything. Packages sent without an RA number cannot be accepted.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you to confirm.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Orders with refrigerant that fail certification verification are cancelled and refunded in full.
